Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Retainer

A retainer of $100 are required to reserve your session date and time. The fee will later be applied to session price should you move forward with your services. No date is considered booked until both the signed agreement and retainer are received.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

If the Client cancels the session, the retainer remains non-refundable.

In the event of illness, emergency, severe weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session.

Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

3. Session Expectations

The Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the scheduled session. Delays caused by the Client may reduce shooting time.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, lack of cooperation from participants, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Creative Style & Editing

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and editing style.

Final images will be edited at the Photographer’s professional discretion. RAW/unedited files are not included and will not be delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional edits beyond standard retouching may incur extra fees.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of the Photographer.

The Client receives personal-use rights only unless otherwise stated in writing. Images may not be sold, altered, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Commercial usage licensing must be purchased separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, illness, loss of digital files, or other circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

The Photographer is not liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, or consequential losses.
