What to Expect from a Tampa Boudoir Session with Andi Diamond Photography

Your boudoir experience at Andi Diamond Photography is all about celebrating you — your confidence, your beauty, and your story.  Your boudoir photographer should be able to help you feel calm and safe by reducing your anxieties.  How do I do this at Andi Diamond Photography?  It all starts with our first first phone call!  As soon as we connect I want to know about YOU.  Tell me about yourself- including all the things that you think I don’t want to hear!  I have heard it ALL and I welcome it with open arms.  I am an open book and I want you to feel as though you can be, too.  My background as a Child Life Specialist working in hospital pediatrics for 10 years helped prepare me for my job as a boudoir photographer long before I knew this was my future!  I want you to trust me and in order to do that I too have to be vulnerable.  I share a lot and my clients have told me through the years that they feel comfortable and confident sharing with me because I put them at ease, help them to feel seen, and allow them to know they are SAFE and HEARD!  Boudoir truly is so much more than just pretty pictures.  While it most certainly is a very fun experience, it can be an emotionally charged one as well and I am prepared to guide you through those feelings if/when they arise. 

Your boudoir experience with me starts with a simple phone call.  I promise I do not bite!  Maybe I am “old-school” but I truly want to connect with my clients and I believe in the power of conversation and connection.  Next we have an in-person consult (or FaceTime for my out of town clients) where we will chat all about what YOU want from your session.  Of course we will discuss wardrobe, hair/make-up, artwork options for how you can share, keepsake, and/or display your boudoir artwork…but we also just…..TALK.  (*I have been told by dozens of clients that their boudoir session was one of the most therapeutic experiences they have ever had!  And I do not take that kind of praise or responsibility lightly!)  I cannot expect you to feel comfortable doing a boudoir session with me if you do not know me or trust me.

You can expect that I am professional, but also that I am like a long-lost BFF that you never knew you had (or needed) and will be honest and truthful with you while being your biggest cheerleader!  You can expect that you might be scared, nervous, anxious, thrilled, excited, curious, and filled with anticipation.  You can expect that I will be your #1 hype girl, I might curse a little, and that I will probably lay down next to you to show you some of the poses and positions I want you to get in to create the most incredible images.  You can expect that we will laugh….A LOT! 

Most of all, at your Tampa boudoir photography session with me, Andi Diamond Photography, you can expect to have the most fun with you have ever had with your clothes on (or off….lol)!
