Why Tampa Psychologists Need Professional Headshots

Friends, I am so excited to share a bit about Dr. Sarah Orban with you.  When Sarah first came to me about creating her professional headshots, she told me she wanted a light, airy, and approachable feel. She reviewed my portfolio and felt like my style closely matched what she was envisioning. We hopped on a call so I could learn a bit more about Sarah and she told me about her private practice in Tampa, Harbour Point Psychological Assessments which focuses on ADHD (especially in children) and executive functioning.  She also is an associate professor at the University of Tampa. While in the process of building out her website she contemplated if she really had to have images of herself on her site.  YES! YES! YES I told her!  Especially as a psychologist, your patients want to feel like know you, they can trust you, and they have an idea of who you are before they ever share all of their issues and problems with you.  I feel strongly that any patient (or client) facing service industry professional especially needs to lean into sharing images of themselves to create that sense of “Oh, yes, I could see myself sitting down with Dr. Orban and sharing my secrets and/or challenges with her”.  We decided on the vibe/style that she was after and I knew just the spot where I wanted to photograph her branding session- Dwell & Company in Tampa!  I got my entire living room there last year- my sectional couch, ottoman, and accent chair- and I love all of their pieces.  The store was exactly the feel that we wanted for the “homey” and comfortable vibe that Sarah was wanting to capture.
